Notice the Land Rover Badges?  Since not too many people have heard of or remember the Dodge Raider, I'm always getting asked if it's a Land Rover or more specifically a Land Rover Defender.  So for the fun of it I slapped on some Land Rover badges to add to their confusion.  One night I was driving onto the Air Force Base when the SP working the gate stopped me on a routine security check.  He asked for my insurance and registration, looked at the badges on the side of my Raider looked down at the insurance and registration and compared them.  They did not match!  Confused he then he asked me to open my door so he could compare my insurance and registration to the inner door vehicle identification plate, which read “Manufacturer: Mitsubishi”, they did not match either!  Thoroughly confused he removed his beret rubbed his head and said “I don’t wanna know…please proceed sir!”
